Pick-up & Ordering

Is your catering pick up or do you offer delivery? 
Our catering is available for pick-up from our Northcote venue only. Please select your preferred pick up time when placing your order. Pick up times are 8am, 11am and 12pm. 

How far in advance do I need to order?
We kindly request that catering orders are placed 48 hours prior to collection (Eg: Order on Monday, collect on Wednesday). If you have a last minute request, please give us a call and we will assist your request as much as possible: 03 9482 1318

Can I place an order over email or the phone?

Is there a minimum order for catering?
A minimum of 8 items needs to be placed as part of a catering order. Any 8 items qualify for this, including treats, bowls and toast items. 

How do I make edits to my order?
Once you have completed an order no changes can be made through the website. Please call or email us to make any changes: 

What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us or email us. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time, we do charge 50% of the order total. Otherwise, there are no charges for cancellations outside of 24 hours notice. The full amount will be refunded on to the original card used for purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process. 

Menu Items & Preferences

How many servings in 1 item?
All of our bowls and toasts are designed to serve 1. 

How is the food packaged?
All of our food items are packaged in sugarcane pulp bowls, biopak plant oil plastic bowls or cardboard toast trays. If you require cutlery, please specify in your order notes and we will provide you with single use cutlery.

Do you have vegan and gluten-free options? 
We have catering options that accommodate these dietary preferences. Allergens are specified in the descriptions of all of our menu items and options to select GF from some items. Can I make ingredient changes to the menu items I would like to order? 
We will do our best to cater to dietary requirements or allergies, otherwise we kindly request no alterations are made beyond those specified during ordering (e.g. Gluten Free bread etc). Please email through any special requests prior to finalising an order and we can discuss alternatives if required.
