  • Ready to expand your asana practice and explore the world of arm balancing and inversions with greater confidence?

Join Matilda in this 90-minute workshop where we’ll lay down the groundwork - refining alignment in foundational postures to move with steadiness and understanding through more complex positions. This workshop offers an opportunity to inquire: Why step into these shapes? What can be discovered along the way? And what meaning lies in the ‘arrival’? Together, we’ll use the asana as a lens to understand ourselves more deeply.

Expect a balance of mindful preparation, strength and mobility work, and explore techniques that help you develop awareness and trust in your body. This workshop is less about achieving a single 'goal pose' and more about shifting perspective and embracing the process.

  • Sunday 7th December
