YIN & SHIATSU MASSAGE

Experience Shiatsu Yin with Earth Shiatsu at Fort Green Richmond this September. This 90-minute retreat style class offers an escape from the daily hustle by taking you on an East Asian journey combining the ancient art of Japanese Shiatsu with the grounding shapes of restorative yin yoga, this class offers a deeply restful and nourishing experience.
During the longer holds of each yin pose, a qualified Shiatsu Practitioners will be offering therapeutic meridian massage, acupressure holds and subtle stretching assists. The flow-on effect: easing tension, stress and stagnation, soothing the nervous system and replenishing your energy.The sequence will be tailored to the season of Spring and will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and in sync with the renewing rhythms of nature.
We welcome all abilities/bodies and all props will be supplied. Simply bring your whole self, just as you are.

Join acupuncturist Amy Landman and Yoga teacher Christy Champoise for a dreamy 2 hour Spring Workshop of Yin & Pin. This class will integrate the Eastern practices of Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Yoga to support our transition into Spring.
Throughout the workshop we will be offering Eastern philosophy & education around practices to embody the wisdom of the season. This will be explored through a discussion around the emotions, foods, organ systems and symbolism associated with Spring.
This workshop is designed for anyone wanting a better understanding of the seasonal impact on the body while enjoying a fully guided practice of Yin yoga with physical adjustments, acupressure or acupuncture (depending on your preference), guided meditation, and breath work.Please wear loose fitting clothing, an eye pillow and a journal to write in. The practice time will be divided between discussion, movement, and acupressure/acupuncture.

Join Courtney and Mohini on a a curated 4 week Yoga series progressing from Yin to Yang style practices. Intentionally created to support your transition from winter to spring, BLOOM invites you to gently emerge from the stillness of winter and gradually awaken into the lightness and energy of spring.
This series offers a progressive journey, from restful yin-inspired practices to more energising yang styles - allowing space for your body, mind, and spirit to align with the changing season.
Each week, you'll be guided by two teachers: one leading the practice and the other offering hands-on adjustments for deeper support and connection.
Students who join us for our BLOOM series also experience:
Reflective journal prompts each week to help you explore your inner landscape and deepen your personal practice.
Time to connect: After each session, you're invited to stay for tea and connect with the community to share your experiences in a supported space.
Embrace the spirit of vasanta, the Sanskrit word for spring, and join us in blooming fully into this vibrant new season.
Each class is 75 minutes. -

Join Alex for a blissful afternoon to Reset and Realign this Spring.
This special 90 workshop will be dedicated to Mat Pilates, Manifestation Journaling & Sound Meditation at our Northcote studio.
Students will begin with a guided journalling session to manifest intention or self reflection followed by a 45 minute Mat Pilates class and a sound bath to close the session.
Expect to walk in and float out under the guidance of Alex. -
