  • Yoga-

    We run a weekly Beginner s Yoga Flow class on Sundays at 6.30pm. This is the perfect place to start your yoga journey and familiarise yourself with the practice. Otherwise, we recommend starting with our Slow Flow or Yin classes. We recommend attending 3–4 Slow Flow classes before moving on to Vinyasa Flow.

    Mat Pilates & Barre-

    Pilates and Barre Flow classes require no previous experience and beginners are more than welcome to join in. However, we recommend previous experience for Pilates Strength.

  • We always recommend booking your classes in advance to avoid missing out. Downloading our App (simply search for Fort Green Yoga in the app store) is the quickest and easiest way to choose a pass and manage your class schedule.

    You can also book via our website, head to the schedule page and click “book” on your preferred first class. You will be prompted to set up a client profile and purchase your preferred pass.

    For students new to our studio, we recommend starting with the Two Week Taster (unlimited yoga for 2 weeks) or The Ritual (1 Month unlimited) to try our class styles and teachers.

  • Class bookings and cancellations can be made via our app and website. We do not take cancellations via social media or email.

    Class cancellations can be made 2 hours prior to your class start time without a penalty. If it is 2 hours prior to the class, this is considered a “late cancellation” and a $10 fee will be charged.

    Clients using a casual class, 5 or 10 class pack who fail to cancel within the 2 hour cancelation window, or not attend, will forfeit a class on their pack.

    Clients on unlimited passes and auto-debit memberships who fail to attend a booking will incur a $10.00 no show fee.

    If you are attending our studio via ClassPass, please note we are not liable or able to assist with ClassPass fees or penalties. We are unable to amend any ClassPass bookings and any reservation changes must be made via ClassPass. Booking a class at Fort Green via ClassPass, means you agree to the ClassPass booking terms and conditions as they are an external party.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time. For security purposes, our door is locked once the class has commenced. To ensure the safety of our community, we are unable to allow participation in the class unless you have been checked in at reception prior.

    We highly recommend arriving on time to avoid disappointment.

  • Often there are 2 x reasons our app or the website won’t allow you to book a class. Please try the below troubleshooting otherwise please get in touch!

    1. If you are activating a new pass (or it is your first time with us) you need to book your first class as the first day you wish to attend (this is your pass activation date). If you make a booking in the future and try to book a class prior to that first booking, you will be asked to pay. To fix this, please cancel all your future bookings and rebook your classes in consecutive order.

      2. Please check you are booking under the correct account/profile. Often members accidentally create a duplicate account and the active pass/membership is under an alternative profile (doh!). Please ensure all logins are correct.

  • Congratulations! & Yes! Provided you have received medical advice that it is safe to do so. We recommend Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Slow Flow or Yin. You are welcome to join our Mat Pilates and Barre classes if you have previous experience with these modalities. Please note our Strength Pilates and Barre Cardio classes are not suitable for pregnancy. Please always let our instructor know prior to the class commencing if you are expecting.

  • Our studio has mats, blocks and bolsters available to use in class. However, we do recommend bringing your own mat if you have one.

    Please bring a towel to place over studio bolsters. No towel- no bolster.

    Please comfortable, yoga attire. Whilst our classes are not hot, we do recommend bringing a towel.

    BYO water bottle, we have a filtered tap available for use.

  • Whilst we always endeavour to give our clients as much notice as possible, classes and teachers occasionally change and VERY rarely are cancelled last minute. We often have a reduced public holiday schedule, so please keep an eye out for any upcoming changes.

  • Our auto-debit weekly memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks at a time. Please email us to arrange this. Unfortunately all other passes are unable to be paused or suspended, unless you have special circumstances. However, we love to accommodate our members and understand life gets in the way sometimes. So please email us and we will see what we can do :)

  • Our beautiful studio facilities are all in action and ready for our community to use. We offer our clients:

    • Organic linen bolsters

    • Yoga Mats

    • Cork blocks

    • Organic straps

    • Pilates Balls and hand weights

    • 2 x showers in the women’s change room

    • 1 x shower in the mens change room

    • 2 x toilets

    • Lockable lockers for valuables in the men’s and women’s change rooms

    The studio also has a filtered water tap for refilling your water bottles.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any ClassPass booking cancellations or waiving fees. ClassPass is a third party booking system and any changes to your bookings and must be managed through ClassPass.

    We are unable to mark anyone as “attended” if they were not present for sign in.

  • Yes! All memberships and passes can be used at both of our studio locations. Please email us so we can activate your pass at both locations.
